Excellent hotel. Staff was excellent, very friendly. Hotel was clean and room was small but had a kitchenette. When the hotel manager found out it was our anniversary she sent chocolates up to our room. Breakfast was a decent continental breakfast, the orange-pineapple juice was great. It is a great place to bring your significant other. The beds were really comfortable and we loved the kitchenette, 2 burner hot plate, microwave, and fridge. We had flat screen TV & 3 lanais. The bathtub was great & so was the shower head. The style is very modern with an Asian influence. The rooms were a little bit small, but I would go back again & bring my kids. We found ths hotel offered far more than we expected. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends best value hotel we have ever stayed at.

The hotel was a wonderful find for the price. It was in a great and central location. Close to the beach and plenty of shopping. The room was clean, if a bit small. When the building work is completed and if the rooms were refurbished the hotel would be a nice place to stay. Need to get their breakfast's right as the were out of food as guests were arriving to eat. ...read more

Staff was very friendly, complimentary coffee was a plus, continental breakfast was a nice convenient start to the day when you're heading out. Location was fabulous. Very short walk to the beach, but away from the business of the beach. Also very close to restaurants, shops, and the International Marketplace. Lobby was very nice and comfortable. Good and comparable to hotels in Waikiki.

This hotel is excellent! The staff goes above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable! There is currently no restaurant, but an excellent continental breakfast is served daily. Executive Housekeeper, and staff is extremely customer service oriented. She came in on her day off to service a disabled customer and to check on the new arrivals. The staff provided a room for my family and others to relax and shower until our midnight airport shuttle arrived. This is extremely rare in these times!! Loved the location. Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the second floor in a smoking room facing the street. It was very noisy. Would suggest to maybe spray smoking rooms with some airfreshner - did have a lingering of cigarette smoke. We bought our own spray - did help some. I know - smokers are "terrible" people!
